There are no in & out privileges for this event. ID must be presented at will call.
General Admission with a ticket.
Preferred, VIP and Corporate ticket holders will be issued wristbands.
Wristbands are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be replaced.
You must pass through security when you enter.
All patrons who want to purchase alcohol must provide state approved ID and receive a hand stamp.

Parking
Valet bike parking
by the San Francisco Bicycle Coalition is on Laguna Street (between Marina Boulevard and Bay Street).

Bicycles are not allowed inside the festival grounds.

VIP Parking entrance is on Bay Street, ID will be requested before you enter the lot. For VIP ticket holders only.

ADA Parking entrance is on Bay Street. ADA plates or an ADA tag is required for parking in this lot.

Public Parking:

Lot at Lower Fort Mason, entrance from Marina Blvd.
All funds generated from parking revenue are allocated for the preservation and restoration of this National Historic Landmark.
The Fort Mason Center parking lot is for people visiting or working on the campus. Vehicles can enter the lot at any time.
There is a cashier on duty from 8 am until midnight every day. The exit gates accept credit or debit cards, so vehicles can exit after hours provided they do not require cashier assistance.
Overnight parking is not permitted.

Weekend rules:
Red marked areas are permit parking only on Saturday & Sunday. DO Not park in red marked areas.
After 10 pm only permit parking is allowed. You must leave the lot by 10 pm.

Security & Safety
We are making every effort to create a safe and secure environment on the Festival grounds. On-site security will be provided by the United States Park Police, Law Enforcement Park Rangers, and a private security company. Emergency medical staff will be available on site. If you need any assistance, go to the medical tent, or look for a park police officer, ranger or festival staff member.

Lost & Found
During the Festival, look for lost items at the Lost & Found booth on site. After the Festival, you can inquire about lost items here. Valuables will be held for 30 days and then given to a Lazarex Cancer Foundation. Bridge to Hope Music Festival will not be held liable for any unclaimed items.

Directions
From South Bay via HWY. 280:
Take HWY. 280 NORTH to San Francisco. Follow signs to GOLDEN GATE BRIDGE (via 19th Avenue and Park Presidio). After passing through the Park Presidio Tunnel, take the DOWNTOWN/MARINA exit. Merge LEFT and follow the signs to MARINA BLVD. (Follow directions from Marin County at Marina Blvd. to Site, below.).

From Marin County:
Take HWY. 101 SOUTH to San Francisco across the Golden Gate
Bridge. After the toll plaza, merge to the left and follow the signs to MARINA BLVD. Stay on Marina Blvd. until it ends in a sharp right turn just past the Safeway (on your right) – pass by the Fort Mason Pavilion Entrance. At the right turn past the Safeway the street becomes LAGUNA - Fort Mason’s Great Meadow will be on your left. At the next signal turn LEFT onto BAY STREET.

From the Bay Bridge or HWY. 101 N in the South Bay:

Follow signs to the US-101 N / MISSION ST exit toward VAN NESS AVE / G G BRIDGE. Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto MISSION ST / US- 101 N. Continue to follow US-101 N for approximately 2.1 miles. The 3 left lanes will turn LEFT onto LOMBARD ST / US-101. In 2 blocks, turn RIGHT onto FRANKLIN STREET. After 3 blocks Franklin will cross Bay Street and take you directly to FORT MASON.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION:
MUNI
bus service to Fort Mason includes the #22 Fillmore; #47 & #49 Van Ness/Mission; #28 19th Avenue; and the #30 Stockton bus lines.

The nearest BART station is Civic Center. Exit at Hyde and Market Sts.. Walk 3 blocks west on Hayes Street to Van Ness Ave. and catch the #47 or #49 Van Ness/Mission bus northbound. Get off at Bay Street and walk west on Bay 4 blocks to Laguna Street. Turn right and walk one block to the Festival entrance.
